Branch Manager Greg Petree

I am the branch manager of the Loan Simple Inc. office in Chattanooga, TN. I started in the mortgage and real estate business in 1987. With my college business education and hands on experience in the industry I am well qualified to handle most any situation.

I was the owner and founder of Express Mortgage and was happy for the opportunity to develop a relationship with Loan Simple. Loan Simple provided the back-up that was needed in this environment to close loans quickly and efficiently with much less stress for our customers. We needed underwriters that could make sound, common-sense decisions based on real time information. Loan Simple has given us that and more, making it exciting once again to be in the mortgage industry. Loan Simple is licensed to do business in many states but I do business in Tennessee and Georgia.

I strive to help anyone taking the path to home ownership and will advise alternate routes to get there if needed. We also help streamline refinances to meet most needs and help with debt consolidation as well as shorter terms and lower rates. I am dedicated and keep long hours in the office taking care of customer needs. But if I can slip away…you may find me on the lake in my bass boat hoping to land the BIG one.

A reverse mortgage is a special loan for senior citizens that allows them to convert a portion of their home equity into cash. Unlike a traditional mortgage or home equity line, borrowers are not required to make a house payment after borrowing the money as long as they use the home as their primary residence. A Reverse Mortgage can also be used for the purchase of a new home! Ask one of our loan officers for details on that. read more
